All information provided will be treated as strictly confidential and used solely for the purposes of evaluation for membership in the WPG network. If the membership application is refused, all materials will be returned to the unsuccessful applicant. In signing this Initial Registration / Application Form, the applicant declares all information to be true and correct to the best of its knowledge. Provision of incomplete or incorrect data may be considered cause for rejection or cancellation or termination of the membership should the Selection Committee of the WPG views such a breach as material.
